How it works

Sweepstakes DFS built entirely on poker streams.

GhostSweat sits on top of existing livestreams—no changes to the game, rake, or player bankrolls. Fans draft players, score hands in real time, and receive Souls as sweepstakes prizes according to official rules.

Join from the stream
Scan a QR or tap a link from Hustler, The Lodge, or any partner stream to jump straight into the featured GhostSweat contest mapped to that show.
Enter with Sweat
You receive free Sweat and can optionally buy additional Sweat packs. Sweat is play currency only—it cannot be redeemed, traded, or withdrawn for cash.
Score every pot
As real hands play out on stream, your lineup earns points through events like VPIP, all-ins, hero calls, bounties, and specific challenge formats.
Collect Souls as prizes
Finish in the prize positions to receive Souls, a sweepstakes currency modeled at $0.95 each and redeemable for cash prizes after KYC, according to the official rules and AMOE.
Who GhostSweat serves

The rails, the rooms, and the backers.

GhostSweat is designed for three groups at once: poker fans who want more sweat, creators and cardrooms who want deeper engagement, and investors who want a scalable sweeps business in a proven category.

Players
The rail that wants more than chat emojis.

You already watch 3–40k concurrents on major streams. GhostSweat gives you structure: draft lineups, crush leaderboards, and collect Souls without ever betting on a hand.

  • DFS-style scoring mapped to real live hands.
  • Free Sweat for onboarding, streaks, and AMOE challenges.
  • Souls for prize finishes, vaults, and promotions.
  • Redemptions only after KYC and eligibility checks.
Creators & rooms
Poker streams and cardrooms.

You keep running poker as usual. GhostSweat adds a legal sweeps-based fantasy layer on top, with overlays, QR onboarding, and a revenue share on monetization.

  • QR and chat calls-to-action that convert viewers in a tap.
  • Stream overlays showing contest titles and Souls prize pools.
  • Revenue share on pack sales and Souls redemptions.
  • No custody of player funds; no changes to game or rake.
Investors
Backers of sweeps-first infrastructure.

GhostSweat leans into the social casino / sweeps playbook with tuned pack pricing, vault mechanics, and Soul emission modeled for durability. The upside scales with poker’s global streaming audience.

  • Node.js backend with real-time scoring engine.
  • React/Next.js front-end and overlay widgets.
  • Stripe payments; ACH, Venmo, and USDC payouts.
  • Persona or equivalent KYC for redemptions.
Dual-currency model

Sweat for play. Souls for sweepstakes prizes.

GhostSweat runs on a clear two-token system: Sweat is the non-redeemable gameplay currency; Souls are the sweepstakes currency redeemable for cash prizes at a fixed rate defined in the official rules (currently modeled at $0.95 per Soul).

Sweat
Play currency · non-redeemable
Scale: 200 Sweat ≈ $1

Sweat is scaled at roughly 1:200 (200 Sweat per $1 of pack pricing). It is purely for gameplay and never redeemable for cash.

  • Used to enter GhostSweat fantasy contests and challenges.
  • Granted for onboarding, streaks, and non-cash missions.
  • Available via optional Sweat packs (no Souls sold directly).
  • Holds no monetary value; cannot be redeemed, traded, or withdrawn.
Souls
Sweepstakes currency · redeemable
Model: 1 Soul = $0.95

Souls are the redeemable sweepstakes currency. They are fully fractional, never sold directly, and can be redeemed for prizes at a defined rate once eligibility and KYC are satisfied.

  • Earned through contest prizes, vault rewards, and promotions.
  • Available through a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE).
  • Redeemable for cash prizes at a fixed rate (e.g. $0.95/Soul) in the official rules.
  • Subject to KYC, geographic restrictions, and sweepstakes terms.
Monetization & retention

Pack pricing and Soul vaults tuned for sustainability.

Sweat packs follow a proven social-casino style curve. Souls are emitted carefully via prize pools and vaults to keep redemption cost controlled even at scale.

Sweat Packs (example pricing)

Baby
$4.99
1,000 Sweat 2 Souls
Grinder
$19.99
4,200 Sweat 10 Souls
Whale
$49.99
12,000 Sweat 30 Souls
High Roller
$99.99
25,000 Sweat 80 Souls
God Mode
$499
150,000 Sweat 500 Souls

Pack mixes, price points, and Soul bonuses are subject to refinement and legal review, but the core structure is designed for healthy margins at scale.

Soul Vaults (example terms)

7-Day Vault
Lock 5 Souls → +0.25 Soul

Short-term lock that nudges users to delay redemption and re-engage.

14-Day Vault
Lock 10 Souls → +1 Soul

Encourages bi-weekly engagement with modest incremental cost.

30-Day Vault
Lock 20 Souls → +3 Souls

Core retention product: players commit for a month to earn boosted yields.

90-Day Vault
Lock 50 Souls → +10 Souls

High-perceived APR but small principal; pushes out redemption cost over a quarter.

Vault reward costs are calculated using the $0.95/Soul model, which keeps operator liability predictable while making rewards feel generous.

Contest design

Formats built for the way poker is actually streamed.

GhostSweat’s contest templates are tuned for live poker dynamics: table lineups, VPIP, splashy all-ins, hero calls, and bounty-heavy chaos streams.

3-Player Draft

Choose three players from the table. Points accrue from hands played, pots won, and big moments. Great for shorter sessions or highlight streams.

5-Player Draft

Deeper benches for big flagship streams. Rewards lineup construction and reading lineups like you’d read a game tree.

Hero-Call Challenge

Special contests triggered when a player pulls off a hero call or insane bluff catch. Souls go to those who believed in the right crushers.

Bounty Sweats

Track knockouts and massive pots. Perfect for lineups focused on the most aggressive players at the table.

Chaos Mode

Everything turned up: multi-metric scoring, random boosts, and surprise events mapped to peak viewership moments on stream.

Series Leaderboards

Multi-session leaderboards spanning a week or month, designed to keep fans coming back while controlling Soul emissions across a longer window.

Economics & scale

Modeled for sustainable margins at real traffic.

The GhostSweat model is built around realistic MAU, ARPPU, and redemption assumptions. At tens of thousands of monthly actives, the system becomes a meaningful, defensible business.

Example operator economics

With 10,000 monthly active users and a conservative conversion funnel, projections show a path to solid monthly net before expansion into more streams, formats, and geographies.

  • 3% of users purchase packs → ~300 paying users.
  • ARPPU around $42/paying user → roughly $12.6k in monthly gross sales.
  • Average Soul redemption liability around 18% of that gross.

After accounting for Soul redemptions, creator rev-share, and infrastructure, the model points toward a healthy operator margin with room for creator deals and marketing spend.

Stack & roadmap

GhostSweat is engineered like a modern SaaS/gaming product, not a one-off promo:

  • Node.js real-time scoring engine.
  • React/Next.js front-end and creator overlays.
  • Stripe payments; ACH, Venmo, USDC-based payouts.
  • Persona (or equivalent) KYC for Souls redemptions.

Roadmap: MVP on one flagship stream → multi-stream support → cosmetics & identity → dedicated mobile app → international expansion, subject to local regulation.

Questions & clarity

Sweepstakes-first from day one.

GhostSweat is designed as a sweepstakes-based fantasy experience—not a poker room, sportsbook, or casino. The model assumes a clean AMOE, KYC gating, and carefully defined eligibility rules.

Is GhostSweat gambling?
GhostSweat is intended to operate as a sweepstakes-based fantasy product. Players never place bets on individual hands or stake money into poker pots. Instead, they use non-redeemable Sweat to enter fantasy contests and can receive Souls as sweepstakes prizes under official rules.
Can I buy Souls directly?
No. Souls are not sold. They are only obtained as prizes in eligible contests, from vaults, promotional events, or via the free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). Souls may then be redeemed for prizes subject to KYC and the rules in your jurisdiction.
What does the AMOE look like?
The design includes free daily Souls, postcard entries, and in-app challenges that do not require a purchase. Exact AMOE methods and thresholds will be finalized with legal counsel and stated clearly in the official rules.
